This practice operates independently of insurance. No insurance of any kind is accepted, and Dr. Joe is not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. This keeps care decisions where they belong — in the room between patient and clinician, not an insurance company.
After your first visit, care is provided through open adjusting hours. You simply come in according to your care plan to make showing up as frictionless as possible.
Care here operates on a trust-based fee system.
The $49 new patient fee covers your entire first visit — consultation, x-rays, report of findings, care plan, and first adjustment.
Ongoing care is guided by what I call The Trust Plan. Rather than fixed pricing, you choose your contribution based on your personal circumstances and an honest assessment of the value of consistent care in your life. This is not a discount or a charity program. It is a system rooted in honesty, personal responsibility, and mutual respect — designed to make care accessible to everyone while honoring the dignity of the person receiving it.
